纽约是美国的第一大城市，近年来吸引了很多留学生，纽约市不但拥有顶尖的教育资源，而且是一座世界级城市，它将直接影响着全球的经济、金融、教育以及娱乐时尚界。而且美国许多的重要地点总部都设置在纽约。

纽约的时代广场更是位于百老汇剧院区枢纽，也被称为“世界的十字路口”，是世界娱乐产业中心之一。说到这里我就想到了我们在纽约波利学校的一名学生，这名学生非常的优秀，在和他的交流过程中我发现，他之所以选择纽约就是因为纽约独有的艺术特色以及优质的教育资源。

纽约市的气候是属于四季分明，而且雨水充沛，气候宜人。

纽约更是世界的经济中心，也是世界三大金融中心之一。纽约的服装、印刷、化妆品行业位居全美国首位，机器制造、军火生产以及石油加工也占非常重要的地位。
